Company VEZA was founded in 1995 for manufacturing of wide range of ventilation equipment for industrial and civil construction. For 15 years of development VEZA has opened 6 own facilities in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus with total area 50000 Sq Mt and more than 700 employees. The annual turnover of VEZA sales is about 50 Mln Euro.
The main product line presented by VEZA:
- AHU units (8000 pcs per year)
- Industrial fans
- Smoke exhaust and sparkproof fans (15000 pcs per year)
- Air dampers including fire, cold-resistant also in low leakage execution (40000 pcs)
- Air-heating equipment, drycoolers, unit-heaters ,air curtains and customized heat exchangers (4000 pcs)
VEZA provides complete cycle of fan and impeller production of all types up to 100 000 cub Mt/hr. VEZA fan factory in Bryansk (350 km from Moscow) is equipped by modern steel processing equipment including the robotized welding machine for fan wheels, laser cutting and punching machine from TRUMPH.
Heat exchangers are also produced by VEZA at two fin die lines in Fryazino (20 km from Moscow). Automatisation control boxes are designed and assembled individually under the customer order in Miass (2000 km from Moscow) more than 500 orders in a month. All components for control are purchased from Europe.
Fire dampers and standard air control dampers are assembled in Gomel (700 km from Moscow). AHU are assembled in Moscow, Miass and Kharkov (1000 km from Moscow).
VEZA has wide regional representative’s offices in the majority of locations in CIS from Minsk to Alma-aty. Regional representatives carry out equipment sales and technical support for the designers. The staff of VEZA regional sales is more than 200 persons.
For civil construction VEZA deliver the equipment for Underground, clinics, hospitals, schools, sports centers and pools, offices, inhabited and trading buildings.
Besides standard projects of civil construction VEZA develops and makes the heavy duty ventilating equipment for industrial projects and also for power generation, oil and gas industry. All required Russian Federal normative documents, licences and certificates which are necessary for application on dangerous productions are presented by VEZA.
